Imagine travelling at hyper-speed, in an instant
covering all dimensions of space and time,
with your astronomical commanders Mark de
Clive-Lowe and Ghost, escorting you through
the hidden musical wormholes of the aural
Legendary producer Mark de Clive-Lowe, one
of West London’s Broken Beat pioneers, has
joined forces with David “Ghost” Zylberman of
Spectrum Records to create “Cosmic Ride”, a
track that emulates the rush and marvel of
interdimensional travel.
MdCL as the pilot with Ghost at the helm,
manning this ride through the extraterrestrial
undertow, the console of their vessel
controlled by their instruments of choice:
Rhodes, Synths, Turntables and Drum
Syncopated organic jazz funk weaves the ship
along, while keyboard solos and turntable
scratching spiral the ship off into new
trajectories, heavy analog basslines and drum
patterns in turn steady this expedition of
maximum velocity.
Now more than ever is the time to vacate our
celestial bodies and embark on a sonic,
intergalactic journey through the mysteries of
deep space.
